Visit Juno AII co-founded and took Juno AI from 0 to 1 - an AI-powered platform that turns messy user research into structured, actionable personas. I owned the end-to-end user flow and design process, and built all of the frontend, shipping a product that earned 14 team sign-ups in its first month and was rated top 10% of Y Combinator S25 applicants.

Natural Language Persona Creation
Designed the core creation flow around natural language input and file uploads - removing the friction of traditional persona-building tools. Users describe their audience in their own words, and Juno generates structured, research-grade personas.
Inline Persona Editing
Designed an intuitive editing experience that lets users refine every attribute of a generated persona - keeping the AI-generated foundation while allowing full control over the final output.
AI User Testing
Designed an original interface for deploying AI personas as autonomous testing agents on live web products. This was the most innovative and challenging feature - I created the entire UI and interaction flow from scratch, with no existing patterns to reference.
Process
Juno AI came from conversations I had with marketing and product professionals during my UX research work. The problem was clear: user research is time-consuming, persona management is messy, and when teams actually need persona insights during design or marketing decisions, the data is hard to access. I started with hand-drawn wireframes, moved to a few key screens in Figma, then went straight to code - building a working prototype with Cursor that evolved into the shipped product. A key design decision was making persona creation feel as effortless as possible through natural language input and file upload, rather than forcing users through rigid forms. I handled the entire frontend on my own, using AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining full design control. Within the first month of release, 14 teams signed up without any prior relationships or outreach - validating that the problem and the solution resonated. Our YC Spring 2025 application was rated in the top 10% of applicants.
