Research
Conducted competitive analysis and interviewed both cycling club stakeholders and individual enthusiasts. The focus: understanding pain points around organizing and joining group rides day-to-day.

Strategy Pivot
Research revealed that clubs - not just individual cyclists - were the key lever. This shifted the product direction from serving cyclists only to serving cycling clubs and their members together.

Design & Engineering
Worked in Figma for rapid wireframing and prototyping. Built the landing site frontend. Provided detailed handoff files for the technical co-founder to implement the native app, then QA'd through to release.

Beyond Product
Designed the brand identity and app icon. Created pitch decks for investor meetings and club stakeholder presentations to support fundraising and early adoption.
